ACCOUNTING SERVICES
The Professionals at
Cybernet Hospitality Solutions, LLC
are prepared to provide full service accounting, which includes
daily reports, payroll processing, monthly bank reconciliation,
invoice processing, generating payment of accounts payable,
compiling of monthly financial statements along with cash-flow
management.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Our operating structure includes both unit-level general managers
along with regional and district supervisors who monitor
day-to-day operations. Our hands-on philosophy of management
dictates that a unit level business plan be executed at all levels
of management and that each manager is held responsible for his or
her profit-center, department or property. Our Regional and
Corporate Managers work closely with franchise directors, property
inspectors, business development directors and lending
institutions to insure superior customer satisfaction and
profitable at all levels of the operation.
REVENUE MANAGEMENT
The ability to monitor and control your property’s revenue on a
minute-by-minute basis is essential in today cyber-oriented
marketplace. Understanding the importance of the proper room-rate

HUMAN RESOURCES
A professional Human Resource Department is responsible for the
overall hiring process of both management and hourly employees.
They work closely with the operations staff to determine the
employment and skills need of both new and existing hotels,
condo-hotels and resort communities. . HR handles all employee
benefits including medical, dental, life and 401 (k), along with
processing weekly payroll. The HR Department is well versed in
ongoing Federal, State and local regulations.
PURCHASING
Our purchasing department coordinates the buying of furniture,
supplies and amenities for all hotels in the portfolio. Costs are
analyzed and the qualities of products are reviewed to ensure
compliance and a state of excellence. We have developed
relationships with many suppliers and manufacturers, and due to
the economies of scale, we are able to purchase at discounted
prices.

SALES AND MARKETING
As participants in the ABA, NTA, SHRM and other professional sales
and travel-related organizations, Hotel Condo Management Services
is dedicated generating a competitive edge through Sales,
Marketing and Revenue Management. A Director of Sales is located
on each property, supervised by our regional staff and monitored
weekly and monthly to insure revenue goals and objectives are
maintained. State of the Art sales management software programs
are used by corporate, regional and property staff members to
insure that all company leads and guest contact information is
properly shared and managed. A professional marketing department
insures that cutting-edge graphic designs, printing and public
relations are maintained at all levels of the operation.
TECHNOLOGY
Cutting edge, Real Time Technology for both the Condo Hotel and
Hotel / Motel marketplace plays a important role in our ability to
